HostessJob Location : Dubai, United Arab EmiratesResponsibilities :•Greet the guests with a pleasant attitude; escort them to their assigned dining area and present menus while introducing the waitstaff.•Address any immediate questions guests may have.•Inform guests of current promotions and introduce their server to ensure a smooth transition to the service staff.•Answer incoming reservation requests and provide excellent service in response to inquiries.•Manage the customers in queue and ensure to address them timely.•Contribute to team success by assisting with related tasks as needed.Qualifications :•Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and industry.•Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.•Ability to describe and explain the menu to guests.•Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments.•Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player.•Highly self-motivated with the ability to inspire others.•Demonstrated leadership and multitasking abilities.
