  • Welcome guests as they enter the restaurant, creating a positive first impression.

  • Handle incoming reservations, noting down details such as the number of guests, preferred seating time, and any special requests.
  • Assist guests by answering questions about the menu, daily specials, restaurant policies, and facilities
  • Communicate with servers and other restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations
