  • Demonstrates welcoming with a warm and courteous greeting of guests upon arrival and escorting to designated/reserved tables and bids farewell at the time of leaving.
  • Estimates wait times and handing pagers whenever the restaurant is full.
  • Maintains a guest history record of birthdays, special occasions, and preferences of regular guests, and uses the same information to create a more personalized service.
  • Monitors reservations, table allocations, waiting lists, and discount redemptions. Checks reservation book regularly for next meal reservation.
  • Ensures that standard procedures concerning billing, takeaways, discounts & promotional details, and outside food policies are accurately being conducted.
