Reporting directly to the Restaurant Management team, responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:Welcoming and seating restaurant customers in a friendly and efficient manner and provide support to service staff.Assisting the restaurant manager in ensuring all service standards are met as per the Standard Operation Procedure Manual (SOP).Maintaining an effective reservation system to maximize the potential number of covers and to meet customers required needs.Ensures ultimate customer satisfaction and seating capacity is achieved especially during busy hours.Briefing the guests of the running activities/promotions.Meeting and Exceeding the needs expectations of every guestResponding in a timely manner to guest requests as requiredCollecting and analyzing guests preferencesCollecting guest comment cards to improve productivity, product and service qualityAttending all guests complaints & referring them to the Restaurant Manager & Outlet Chef as neededMaintaining a guest s history list and sending them e-mails with upcoming promotions.Making arrangements for special amenities when requested by guests for special occasionsMaintaining a logbook for the guest relation & PR activities.Engaging and entertaining guests with appropriate discussions / conversations, providing interesting details of Certo and other outletsEstablishing and building relationships with regular guests to understand their needs and expectationsAny other tasks assigned by the management on regular basis...
