Job Description

A ?Host/Hostess? of an eSports club is invited to join the team of gaming industry professionals and simply fans of their craft, for whom it is interesting to become part of the dynamic and supportive game community in the ?GG? philosophy.You will find it interesting and comfortable to work with us, because:

  1. ?ou have experience working as a waiter, hostess or administrator
  2. You may not have much work experience, but you love the world of computer and console games and have incredible motivation.
  3. You enjoy working among interesting people rather than alone. You enjoy communicating with people.
  4. It is important for you to feel in a comfortable working environment
  5. You like it when everything is transparent and structured and you have complete clarity of what is required of you.

ResponsibilitiesHandling incoming and outgoing customer contacts in accordance withservice scenarios and established service quality standards.
  • Processing contacts and including them into the database of the Club without errors and distortions
  • Conducting customer calls in order to communicate and obtain information (informative/survey/questionnaire ringing). Booking PCs or PSs for guests
  • Telephone consultations in order to bring value to the customer
  • Assisting customers in choosing goods and services. Search and offer optimal solutions to the client, in connection with the issue that has arisen.
  • Informing customers about the attractiveness of services and products with an emphasis on strengths
  • Performing the technology of excursions and consultations perfectly
  • Consulting clients about new games
  • Ensuring a comfortable temperature and atmosphere in the club
  • Providing effective merchandising.
  • Controlling over the correct use of the gaming machine by the client
  • Consulting and solving soft problems of PC, PS users
