Handles DTCM unit permit application of all new and existing properties.
Application of move-in permits, short-stay, coordination with building developers/managers.
Utilities connection for newly onboarded properties (Gas, Internet, DEWA, Chiller Connections)
Coordination with Business Development Managers, internal departments, and third-party service providers for furnishing properties
Releasing and recording of keys/cards/remotes for all properties
Provides solution to guests with regards to utilities related issues (Gas, Internet, Electricity, AC issues)
Prepares property audit reports and submits quotations to owners for inventory and maintenance works
Ensures proper documentation and sends daily/weekly report to line manager
Responsible for recording/ updating inventory and furniture of the property according to company and DTCM requirements.
The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Holiday Homes
The candidate preferably needs to know bilingual languages. (Arabic and English)
Preferably with a driving license.
