We are a premium holiday homes rental company looking for an experienced and dynamic Client/Guest Relations Manager.Responsibilities:-?- Manage day to day and operational activities of managing guests and hosts.- Handle inbound and outbound sales through the phone and in-person.- Inspect properties prior to check-in and during the check-out of guests.- Manage finances and collect payments and handing over deposits.- Should be prompt in solving and answering all guests and hosts concerns and queries.- Should have a stong network and be able to source new properties.
