Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic High-End Jewelry Store Manager to lead our prestigious jewelry boutique in Dubai.˙The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6-10 years of experience in the Dubai luxury retail market, a proven track record in retail management, a strong customer base, and proficiency with POS software setup. This role requires a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales, and maintaining the stores high standards.Responsibilities:Store Management:Oversee daily operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently without a dedicated team.Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure accurate product displays.Maintain high visual merchandising standards, ensuring the store layout and displays reflect the luxury brand.Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and security protocols.Financial Management:Drive sales performance through effective customer engagement and personalized service.Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control to ensure profitability.Social Media:Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute in-store events, promotions, and special campaigns.Maintain an active and engaging social media presence to promote, attract and retain customersCustomer Service:Provide exceptional customer service, fostering a welcoming and luxurious shopping experience for all clients.Leverage an existing customer base to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.
