Given the need for close interaction with customers, Drivers will be required to have communication skills in the English and/or Arabic languages.?The Heavy Vehicle Driver shall be responsible for the following tasks:
Drive heavy vehicles (truck or bus) as per project requirement.
Load and unload products on the vehicle
Assist Sales Agent in preparing, inspecting, handling and sale of products.
Be able to interacts with customers.
Follow RTA regulations and safety standards.
Regularly inspect and maintain vehicle to ensure safe operation
Be able to take care of common motor faults, maintenance, inspections, and emergency repairs.
Use GPS technology to maintain their schedule and respond to factors that may affect their route, including traffic and weather conditions.
Well knowledge of driving signs and parking spots.
Other tasks as may be assigned by the Supervisor.
?Qualifications:
At least have done the Secondary level of School.
Valid professional heavy driving license
Clean driving record.
Good driving record with no traffic violations
Ability to operate Truck/Bus in a variety of weather and traffic conditions
At least have 3 years of heavy vehicle driving experience inside the UAE
