Job Description

As a Healthcare Sales & Business Development Representative at XetaX, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our network of partner clinics and ensuring the highest quality of healthcare services.Your responsibilities will encompass; project management, assessing healthcare providers, onboarding partner clinics & hospitals, staff training, and maintaining quality assurance.Key Responsibilities:

  1. Visit Partner Clinics:ÿConduct regular visits to partner clinics, hospitals, and treatment centers to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers.
  2. Assess Healthcare Providers:ÿEvaluate the facility standards (hygiene), type of procedures offered (e.g., hair transplant, nose surgery, dental clinics, physiotherapy, psychotherapy, etc.) and assess the quality of services provided and performance by each partner.
  3. Shortlisting and Refinement:ÿIdentify top-notch partner clinics based on strategic assessments and collaborate with them to refine their services and offerings.
  4. Onboarding Partner Clinics:ÿGuide partner clinics through the onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration into the XetaX network.
  5. Staff Training:ÿFacilitate training sessions for clinic staff to enable them to proficiently operate their facility with XetaX Pro PRM (Patient Relationship Management) platform.
  6. Healthcare Provider Support:ÿProvide ongoing support to partner clinics, addressing their needs and concerns promptly to ensure a positive partnership experience.
  7. Quality Assurance:ÿImplement and maintain quality assurance measures to guarantee the delivery of high-quality healthcare services by partner clinics.
