Role Summary: The GM, Healthcare Digital Solutions EGM will lead the commercial team across the region. He/she is an integral member of the Strategy, Sales, Services and Marketing teams. Linked integrally to all teams, including Product Management, he/she will work collaboratively with the EGM staff team, channels and customers to drive and lead growth in service, software, and outcome-driven revenue generation across the GE Healthcare digital portfolio.Essential Responsibilities: Drive thought leadership and sales efforts to position GE Healthcare as a leader in the healthcare digital space and establish a competitive advantage in EGM.Set a holistic vision and strategy for sales, implementation and service operation, which will realize profitable growth while improving customer outcomes and satisfaction.Enable sales teams to leverage ecosystem partners to deliver complete solutions to customersManage & achieve key business financial performance indicators such as orders, revenue, base/variable cost & margin. Deploy and support resources to meet financial / operating objectives.Focus on the customer's interests and build a collaborative relationship between various internal organizations who serve our customers in different ways. Influence product strategy and introduction of new products to meet market customer needs.Establish collaborative relationships within GE, GE Healthcare and regional Healthcare Digital to develop and execute go to market strategies.Build organizational capabilities in EGM and beyond. Attract and retain leadership/talent and create an environment to foster employee engagement, diversity, professional development, and high levels of employee satisfaction.Build and lead a sustainable compliance culture, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.Represent Healthcare Digital both externally and internally: Build strong relationship with customers, government, institutions, professional associations, trade and industry councils.Create and leverage influential networks & relationship in the EGM region to predict market behavior and external drivers.Foster an environment that encourages innovation, creative risk taking, speed and agility.Share technical, procedural, and business knowledge with others.
