Healthcare Call Center RepresentativeJob Location : Dubai, United Arab EmiratesJob Responsibilities:•Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients, clients, and healthcare professionals.•Provide accurate information about healthcare services, appointments, and procedures.•Answer queries regarding insurance, billing, or other administrative matters.•Schedule, reschedule, or cancel patient appointments efficiently.•Coordinate with medical staff to ensure availability and manage booking conflicts.•Address and resolve patient concerns, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner.•Redirect complex inquiries to the appropriate departments or personnel.•Conduct follow-up calls to remind patients of upcoming appointments or medical tests.•Provide post-visit assistance and address any concerns raised by patients.•Accurately record patient information, appointment details, and call summaries in the system.•Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA).•Guide patients through the steps for insurance claims or authorizations.
