Job Description

We are looking for QHSE OFFICER who will be responsible for developing, maintaining and implementing Company Quality, Health, Food Safety and Environment (QHSE) Management System.The QHSE Officer will be fully responsible for implementing safe systems of work and safe behavioural practices of the organization. This position provides QHSE guidance tothe organization and supports the operation process in order to maintain and continually improve the safety culture and performance.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensuring Central Production Unit processes run reliably and efficiently
  • Perform daily walk throughs in Central Production premises or supplier premises to monitor and ensure food safety
  • Ensuring Health and Safety regulations are met
  • Draft quality assurance policies and procedures
  • Interpret and implement quality assurance standards and procedures
  • Devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data
  • Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems
  • Plan, conduct, and monitor testing and inspection goods / products to ensure the quality
  • Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities
  • Collect, compile, statistical quality data
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
  • Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
  • Prepare reports to communicate outcome of quality activities
  • Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet the quality standards
  • Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers
  • Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions
  • Monitor risk management activities
  • Responsible for document management systems
  • Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirement.
