Other facilities that our guests can expect include an infinity pool deck, fully equipped fitness center and our neighborhood cafe and bar, both offering seamless service and array of experiences reflecting this expressive neighborhood.? Greet and welcome all guests.? Ensure all guests in the Health Club are able to use all equipment safely and effectively.? Ensure all guests are made aware of the different Health Club facilities offered.? Assist in membership sales.? Assist in maintaining a safe hygienic environment.? Assist in membership lifestyle program development and gym induction.? Comply with and submit daily and monthly revenue analyses to the Front Office Manager? Supervise the day-to-day functioning of all health club employees, facilities, sales, and costs.? Develop a departmental budget and goals and ensure cost is strictly controlled.? Develop and implement departmental marketing and promotional plans.? Ensure optimum service, treatments, guest satisfaction, merchandise, and marketing. ? Supervise and assist the training coordinator in the training of health club staff.? Perform administrative duties such as attendance records, duty rosters, sales records, and membership records.? You should have a minimum 2 years of similar or relative experience in a 5 star hotel.? Excellent English communication skills and well-versed in hotel systems.? Flexible in working rotating shifts.? Team player who can supervise a small team.? Physically fit and in good health.? Caring, positive attitude to guests.? A genuine interest in helping clients overcome their physical problems.? Extensive knowledge and experience of physical training.? High school diploma/Diploma/degree in a related field.
