Job Description

The Head Waitress plays a crucial role in the dining experience by ensuring that guests receive exceptional service in a timely manner. This position requires a blend of leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage the front-of-house operations effectively. The Head Waitress will oversee the waitstaff, coordinate with the kitchen, and maintain the overall ambiance of the restaurant.   1. Supervise and train waitstaff to ensure high standards of service.

  5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.

  8. Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss performance and service improvements.
  9. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  10. Prepare reports on customer feedback and staff performance for management review.
