Parisima Talent is hiring with one of our clients in hospitality, high-end steakhouse restaurant.Job title: Head Waiter / WaitressJob location: Jumeirah, DubaiSalary: AED 7,500 All Inclusive + Duty Meals & TipsWorking days / weekly off: 6 Days working / 9 hr shiftShifts: Rotational shiftsJob Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat guests, providing a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Take and process food and beverage orders accurately.
  • Coordinate and supervise the wait staff team, assigning sections and responsibilities.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient service by monitoring table turnover and optimizing seating.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Promote additional menu items, suggest wine pairings, and encourage upselling.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely food and beverage delivery.
  • Handle payment transactions accurately and adhere to cash handling procedures.
  • Train and develop new waitstaff members, providing guidance and feedback.
