  • Work with host/hostesses to assign tables to servers in addition to waiting on their own tables
  • Ensures exceptional?dining?experience?by?serving?food?and?beverages?according?to?established recipe and presentation
  • Take the lead to train waiters and supervise servers
  • Monitor food?distribution?and?ensure orders?are?delivered?to the?correct?recipients?and?that guidelines such as those for special diets are followed
  • Offer assistance and demonstrate full knowledge of the menu, specialities and current promotions in the restaurant
