Primary ResponsibilitiesYour missions:- Managing the Bank?s balance sheet with precise responsibility for liquidity management, rate management, foreign exchange dealing, and equity investments on behalf of the Bank and its clients.- Handling the cash flow by ensuring the adequate funding from domestic depository sources and inter-bank market at competitive rates to provide appropriate funds for general Bank activities as expected- Acting as a secretary to ALCO and communicating with its members for making and tracking decisions on different subjects such as pricing policies, Bank?s liabilities and active assets, credit and risk management and more.- Managing the Nostro accounts to lessen the idle fund to the minimum while ensuring appropriate fund levels.- Creating business plan for Treasury & Investment according to the Bank?s business goals.- Developing and implementing the procedures and policies, and adhering to regulatory requirements to ensure efficient performance of the Department.- Ensuring that Bank?s net income margin is preserved by cutting down the cost of liabilities and optimizing return as fund deployed.- Introducing new treasury products such as future options derivatives etc.- Ensuring the management of Forex within the approved currency limit and risk appetite.- Ensuring that appropriate IT systems are used for processing dealing transactions, monitoring credit and dealing with market risks.- Maintaining verified and accurate accounting records for transactions and ensuring documentation requirements.- Providing professional guidance, training, advice, and motivation. Conducting performance reviews to participate in the development of the potential of the team and enhancing knowledge based skills.- Ensuring that investment funds are handled as per Board confirmed investment and risk policies.
