We have an amazing opportunity for an exceptional Head Sushi Chef to join us for the international expansion of the award-winning London based brand, ROKA, to Dubai.The role will be working in partnership with the Executive Chef to ensure the delivery of ROKA quality and style of sushi. Anyone applying should be a specialist with sashimi, maki and nigiri style sushi, showcasing intricate knife skills and understanding of contemporary presentation. ROKA is a luxury high volume operation, applicants should be comfortable delivering the same levels of quality sushi in a busy fast paced restaurant.The next Head Sushi Chef should have a highly impressive career background, having built their expert understanding of sushi within only the most revered and regarded restaurants around the globe.
