Quest Search and Selection is working with a major family group business, who are currently looking for a Head Scrum Master to join their dynamic team based in Dubai, UAE.As a Head Scrum Master your responsibilities will include:? Lead design and code review meetings? Communicate with internal and external stakeholders? Build efficient and effective front-end systems? Guide and mentor junior developers? Use the various tools like photoshop, etc. to ensure a professional outlook for the UI? Being adept on the financial side like monitoring the budget and reviewing financial reports.Desirable skills and background:? Bachelors or Masters in a related field? Minimum 10 years within a managerial role? Preferably +5 years within the retail industry? Proficiency in full lifecycle implementation using Agile methodologies? Strong in organizing and conducting the Scrum meetings (Daily Stand-up, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Sprint Demos)? Strong knowledge of CI, CD, TDD? Expertise in planning monthly reviews and sessions with multiple scrum teams along with the required product stakeholders? Working experience in Managing project scope, risks, issues and constraints?
