As the Head of Transformation you will lead the strategic planning and delivery of high profile projects across a wide range of large, complex business units.Client DetailsA large, complex UAE-based private organisation with a variety of businesses within their portfolio, driving interesting and exciting transformation initiatives in a variety of business units and sectors.DescriptionEstablish and operate the Project Management Office to ensure all projects are delivered within agreed scope, cost, time and quality.Evaluate project plans across multiple business functions in line with executive leaders and relevant stakeholders.Track and report project performance results and recommend solutions to fill gaps in the process and mitigate risk.Provide oversight and leadership of multiple projects across a large, complex environment.Lead the ROI review and prioritisation of large volumes of project plans to ensure theyre aligned with the business strategy and roadmap.Manage senior stakeholders and provide strategic advice to the Board and Senior Leadership.Develop and mentor the PMO to enhance the teams knowledge, skills and performance.ProfileAt least 8 years of experience working in a project management role in a large, complex environment.Experience in planning and delivering strategic organisation-wide business transformation projects.Six Sigma Black Belt or Prince 2 certification preferredStrong stakeholder management experience and ability to manage multiple workstreamsAnalytical with strong critical thinking abilityJob OfferExciting role with scope to drive strategic change and transformation at the highest level.Opportunity to work with influential stakeholders keen on driving change with exciting pace and impact
