We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Head of Talent Acquisition to lead recruitment efforts for an aviation company in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic and have a strong background in talent acquisition, particularly within fast-paced industries. This leadership role will be critical in shaping the companys talent strategy, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent to support business growth.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company?s growth and workforce planning goals- Lead the recruitment process for key roles across the organization, with a focus on senior and technical positions- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver effective talent solutions- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth candidate experience and efficient hiring process- Manage and mentor the talent acquisition team, fostering a high-performance culture and continuous development- Utilize data and metrics to drive recruitment decisions and optimize processes- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to remain competitive in attracting top talentRequirements:- Fluent in Arabic and English- 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role- Proven experience in recruitment within the aviation or related industries is highly desirable- Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, workforce planning, and employer branding- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels- Proficiency in recruitment tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR analytics
