  • Develop and implement strategic plans, frameworks, and models to achieve banks? objectives.
  • Define and monitor strategic project portfolio within the area of responsibility.
  • Review and revise existing strategies as required based on changing conditions in the business requirements.
  • Take ownership of all projects within the domain area by reviewing plans, monitoring progress against deliverables, addressing challenges, and resolving issues.
  • Identify opportunities and create business development plans.
  • Translate strategy into budgets and manpower plans.
  • Provide professional development opportunities for team members.
  • Support to represent the bank externally.
