The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in sales and marketing management, business development, team leadership, combined with a fervor for the music industry.Excitingly, Bentleyrecords.io will soon be launching our Web3 & Blockchain Platform!Responsibilities:

  • Direct and oversee the daily sales and marketing operations of Bentleyrecords.io in Dubai, guaranteeing all departments operate efficiently and effectively.
  • Conducting sales call with potential clients, to increase conversions.
  • Run ad campaigns, email campaigns, social media ads etc.
  • Conceive and execute strategies to enhance the companys sales and marketing performance, including pinpointing new business opportunities and revenue streams.
  • Foster and maintain resilient relationships with key stakeholders, comprising artists, producers, distributors, and industry partners, through effective marketing and sales tactics.
  • Oversee the companys financial performance in sales and marketing, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting in relation to these departments.
