Our client is a leading Forex trading platform and is currently seeking to hire a Head of Sales.��Responsibilities:

Be responsible for daily operations; reaching sales, expense, quality targets
Propose and implement different sales tactics for reaching best results
Overview and control all employees, ensuring proper reporting, work discipline and quality, communicating clear goals for them
Solve any assigned tasks from the Head Office regarding employees, tasks, legal or administrative issues, etc.
Responsibility to prepare and follow up budget for the country
Ensure employees acting according to company code of ethics
Optimize the current expenses
Organize the efficient administrative work-flow that is fast and easy
Will be required to work closely with the Indian sales team
