Job Description

  • Establish and develop business in the region, set and achieve new business growth targets aligned to company goals
  • Develop and execute strategic pipeline plans to generate new business and grow client portfolio across the region
  • Drive a high quality, rigorous sales process, end to end
  • Initiate, develop and maintain executive level relationships and drive sales activities with key customers
  • Maintain positive relationships with key decision makers in the industry
  • Oversee customer pitch creations; prepare leadership for executive level discussions with customers
  • Hire and onboard new Sales team in the region
  • Lead day-to-day activities of Sales team (Enterprise Sales, Tech Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success)
  • Work with Product leadership to clearly articulate customer and market opportunities and needs for product development
  • Work with internal stakeholders on country operations setup (Legal, Operations, HR etc.)
