Job Description

HUBBLER is a recruitment agency, and we are currently looking for a Head of Sales Department for a real estate company in the UAE market.Responsibilities and tasks:

  • Supporting and helping build successful business strategy;
  • Managing a sales team and providing leadership, training, and coaching;
  • Hiring and training staff of brokers;
  • Supporting and helping build successful agents;ÿ
  • Assisting in negotiations between buyers and sellers Responding to agent questions on contracts, negotiations, strategies, and goal planning;ÿ
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team;ÿ
  • Planning and directing sales team training;
  • Working on sales scripts with agents;
  • Tracking, collecting, and interpreting sales figures and reporting;
  • Ensuring every member of the sales team has the necessary resources to perform properly;
  • Staying informed on real estate industry;
  • Controlling expenses and monitoring budgets.
