Job Description

ULO REAL ESTATE is a new company based in UAE and Russia. Due to the opening of the office in Dubai, an experienced top-manager is required for the whole work starting. Russian and English languages are both required. Professional responsibilities:

  • Starting new office in Dubai from scratch;
  • Hiring sales team, training and adaptation of employees;
  • Managing and maintaining relationships with real estate brokers, owners, and developers within assigned region;
  • Developing of general and individual sales plans, control of its implementation;
  • Analysis of individual and group results of employees;
  • Monitoring and analysis of the real estate market;
  • Reporting on the results to business owner.
