AX CAPITAL Real Estate are currently looking for a Head of Property Management.The successful candidate will lead and manage all aspects of the Property Management functions and will be responsible for the Day to Day Operations of the department.Main functions will include:? Lead and develop the property management team? Responsible for monitoring targets and business plans.? Manage on-going changing legislative requirements to ensure the department is proactive in identifying opportunities for positive change.? Identification and pursuit of potential clients, corporate occupiers and key partners for the company.? Training new members of the team? Ensure that lease management is carried out effectively to maximize occupancy, renewals and lease returns.? Drive performance through the selection of appropriate KPIs, ensuring these are analyzed and followed up.? Responsible for the accuracy of the property management CRM and ensuring that the processes, procedures, and systems in place provide accurate occupancy statistics, taking into consideration all variations of occupancy arrangements.? Sustain a best practice corporate governance ethos.Requirements? A minimum of 5 years of experience with at least 2 years of senior management experience in the Dubai real estate market.
