  • Manage project managers & engineers and enabling them to supervise and manage their own projects teams
  • Make strategic decisions and provide leadership and direction to project managers to implement cost-effective plans to enable effective project completion
  • Meet with clients, stakeholders and project managers to report on project progress.
  • Ensures all internal functions (planning, production and warehouse & logistics) are aligned to deliver to the projects within the committed lead-time
  • Collaborates with Clients, Consultants & Main Contractors to ensure seamless business performance, reinforce positive morale, and uphold company values.
