About us:MenatPay is an online local exchanger aiming to ease the transactional processes around GCC countries providing services B2B and B2C.B2C business side will include all those clients who want to deposit/withdraw funds from specific financial companies using MenatPay.And B2B side will cover the settlement processes of the different companies, IBs and local exchangers.MenatPay is newly established yet strongly backed and supported by its stakeholders to expand its services. The office atmosphere is super friendly having people from different nationalities around.ÿAs our Head of Payment Operations your key responsibilities will include:- Payment Services - Responsible for Control and Oversight in relation to MenatPays Payment operations and services activitiesÿsuppliers- Finding opportunities to increase or optimize the payment methods or to deal with potential payment gateway providers with critical Payment suppliers- Responsible for Payment Complaints- Reviewing payment requests from businesses to ensure that they comply with policies and procedures- Tracking payments to vendors and reviewing payment status to identify any issues that may have occurred during processing- Reviewing account activity to determine whether any fraudulent activity has occurred- Coordinating with banks, auditors, and other parties involved in the payment process- Responsibility for the training and development of individuals in the business on payment processes and procedures.- Managing and developing the payments providers to ensure delivery of SLA?s and KPI?s in line with set business targets.- Provide timely and accurate reporting to the business to communicate performance against set KPI?s/impact of decisions and changing trends that could impact the business- Ongoing analysis of competitors, customers and product usage and delivery capability to ensure the right products and services are delivered as required and to schedule- Work with key stakeholders regarding the Payments Product delivery schedule from inception through to delivery and ongoing support.- Traveling across GCC countries to find dealing opportunities with local exchangers, IBs and local payment methods of each country- Visiting, sponsoring or attending exhibitions for presenting MenatPay brand- Liaise with regulators and license providers to ensure related MenatPays regulatory safeguards are in place and the business maintain regulatory compliance.
