Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a Head of Operations for their client in Dubai which owns and operates a chain of multispecialty polyclinics across UAE. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 15 to 18 years of work experience in UAE, leading multiple polyclinics across multiple locations.You must have experience in heading operations of a multi outlet group of clinics, business development, retail expansion, profit & loss management. Candidates without experience in complete management and responsibility of profit & loss for the chain would not qualify for this role. You will be responsible for ensuring that operational services are run efficiently and effectively. This will be achieved through operational excellence, a sound understanding of financial and performance management, good communication skills, clinical engagement and a passion for outstanding patient centred care. Successful applicants will be responsible for ensuring that all resources are utilised in line with the organizations strategic objectives and supporting and developing services to achieve the group’s strategy. The Head of Operations is responsible for acting as liaison for all the Physicians who practice at the clinics. This role will involve building and maintaining excellent working relationships with existing, new and potential Physicians and proactively ensuring their practices are supported and in line with the group’s strategic vision.Monitor performance against business objectives and targets; track progress against targets and prepare regular reports for the Senior Management Team, contribute to the formulation of annual plans and promotions, monitor their implementation and make appropriate changes within areas of responsibility.Salary : Aed 70,00 per month plus performance bonus.
