Head of Operations - Dubai Global / Full-time: Remote / Operations Responsibilities: - Plan, execute and optimize processes for on-chain transactions.- Track onchain transaction records and DeFi transactions.- Liaise with internal stakeholders to monitor each transaction based on multi-signature security audit policies.- Account/wallet access management.- Manage internal and external operational dependencies and priorities.- Other ad hoc assigned tasks.Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in a financial operations role, preferably in the blockchain and/or DeFi space.- Bachelors degree in a business-oriented or engineering field.- Be sensitive to processes, and have clear, logical thinking for related duties.- Team player with strong communication skills and can handle high pressure in a fast-paced work environment.- Experience with smart contract and Solidity is good to have.
