Job Description

Our client,?a tech startup, is looking for a Head of Marketing (B2B) to join their team in Dubai.?The ideal candidate is responsible for developing and overseeing the marketing strategy of the business.?Responsibilities:?

  • Lead the marketing team to drive greater global brand awareness.
  • Manage the positioning of the service offering, and drive lead generation efforts along with marketing team members.
  • Establish the marketing function and recruit relevant personnel.
  • Develop and oversee the marketing strategy of the business, including the marketing goals & objectives.
  • Manage & motivate the marketing team and ensure all are aligned to a set objective.
  • Allocate marketing budgets (monthly, quarterly, annually) based on the strategy set; obtain necessary approvals.
  • Plan & implement the marketing strategy in order to grow the global customer base, drive growth in revenues and maximize conversion rates.
  • Stay abreast of market developments, including the competitive landscape and any changes.
  • Manage team, provide guidance on how to improve internal communications.
  • Liaise with the Product Manager to understand key product developments and strategy and communicate the same externally.
  • Work alongside Customer Success to understand customer experience, and drive improvements in the understanding of existing customers.
  • Coordinate with Sales function to enhance brand awareness, understand & solve for key obstacles to sales.
  • Take responsibility for content of website, social media, and other outward facing channels.
  • Ensure maximum return on ad spend and marketing activity investments.
  • Select and manage 3rd party vendors and tools.
  • Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of all marketing activities (internal & external).
