Job Description

Our client:?An international organization in the consumer goods arena is looking for a Marketing Head based in Dubai who would work across diverse geography ranging from the Middle East to Russia.Your role:

  • You would develop and execute the marketing strategy, build, enhance brand equity. Identify key growth drivers in white space markets. Devising and implementing category plans with the help of your team you would ensure that the plans are grounded in market dynamics. Along with owning the Media agenda, you would look aggressively look at NPD linking them to the overall brands and business strat plan. Portfolio management and new product launches?(innovation) along with leading on digital transformation strategy.
