Job Description

Our government client is looking for an experienced Head of Market Supervision. The ideal candidate will come from the Banking Sector or Stock Exchange. Legal, auditing, and compliance experience is essential. You must be fluent in both English and Arabic. Excellent benefits offered.Description:

  • Monitoring All market announcements and ensuring that continuous disclosure requirements are met
  • Provide Top Management with related market activities/data required
  • Real time monitoring for trading activities
  • Ensure corporate governance is met across all our clients? stakeholders
  • Monitor and ensure that all listed companies? periodic requirements
  • Work closely with our client?s surveillance team to monitor trading and disclosure issues
  • Report any unusual or suspicious market activity
  • Report any breaches or violations of any market activity rules
  • Enforce disciplinary action against an issuer or market participant for any violations
  • Monitors participant compliance
  • Ensuring SCA?s rules & guides are implemented, communicated & guided within our client
  • Formulates recommendations to aid CEO in decision-making
  • Drafting rules and regulations to regulate the trading in different products and instruments listed
