  • Develop maintenance procedures and ensuring implementation
  • Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
  • Ensure functionality of electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings
  • Oversee all installation, repair and upkeep operations of the properties
  • Ensure that technicians have the best physical resources available to complete tasks according to budget
