Job Description

Knowledge & Skills:The candidate must be having 10-15 years of top-tier law firm experience in Litigation, Arbitration, securities (including SEC reporting and national securities exchange compliance), capital markets and corporate finance, corporate governance, M&A, and private equity/venture capital financing matters. knowledge of financial market laws and regulations and market trends, Knowledge of financial analysis for fund movements along with InvestmentWork Experience:

  • Providing legal advice to clients in tax matters, including capital financings
  • Handling Litigation, Arbitration, corporate mergers and real estate investment activities
  • Conducting research on financing and capital markets transactions
  • Extending support in corporate finance transactions and private equity fund formation
  • Reviewing financial documents and conducting investigations on unsecured borrowing
  • Providing support on asset-backed by giving necessary legal advice
  • Preparing repurchase borrowing arrangements and loan transaction activities
  • Overseeing the mortgage loans activities and preparing the necessary legal documents
  • Handling unsecured borrowing transaction activities and assisting in solving credit issues
  • preparing investment agreements and solving financial activities
  • Assisting in drafting contracts and Sales purchase agreements
  • conduct due diligence review on the issuer of the securities, draft the prospectus and other disclosure documents describing the issuer and its securities to the potential investors, negotiate agreements between the issuer and its advisers, and navigate the transaction through regulatory hurdles.
  • Dealing with various financial institutions across the world like SCB/BOA/HSBC/Barclays/Citibank/JP Morgan/DBS etc. covering Geo Treasury Operations
