Job Description

Employment:?Full TimeThe RoleThe Head of Legal Department oversees the legal department, lead in-house attorneys / engage external consultants, provides direction on major legal and regulatory issues and acts as an important role in deploying business operation and entity structure.The incumbent would be responsible for advising the executive management on governance legislation and procedural matters and ensure that the company complies with its statutory obligations under relevant laws and regulations.Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing guidance on corporate governance leads efforts in negotiating and drafting contracts, risk management, and the development of plans and policies.
  • Oversee delivery of legal services and resources to accomplish corporate goals, strategies, and priorities.
  • Oversee license and IP-related matters application and maintenance.
  • Oversee internal policies, code of conduct, labor regulations and external contracts, etc.
  • Ensure that the business is optimally structured and duly licensed in the relevant jurisdictions, including obtaining tax and labor advice where relevant.
  • Advise on governance legislation and procedural matters.
  • Ensure that the company complies with its statutory obligations under relevant laws and regulations.
  • Oversee the relationship with the administrative department.
Salary & Benefits?30,000-40,000?AED Per Month.
