Our Client: One of the leading regional player in Middle East with diversified business interest in on a look out for a Head of LegalYour Role: You will be responsible for managing relationships with key executive subsidiary business partners and stakeholders: clarifies partner intentions and needs, translates into relevant legal topics, directs resources to address legal issues and needs. Coordinating and managing subsidiary legal staff; communicates subsidiary legal direction, obtains staff input make legal priority and trade-off decisions. Assisting with legal aspects of sales and procurement contracts: revises/monitors disclaimer, terms and conditions on forms, invoices. Proven ability to negotiate and draft commercial contracts. Drafting large commercial contracts with third parties and / or suppliers. Development and production of formal legal and regulatory related documentation (e.g. customer agreements, legal opinions, policy documents, procedures, business communications etc.)?
