Head of KindergartenAbout the Role:The Head of Kindergarten at SAIS is responsible for overseeing the operations and educational programs specifically designed for students in kindergarten.Requirements:•Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education or its equivalent. Post Graduate Degree highly desired.•Minimum 10 years teaching Early years/KG in a reputed school. Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role with a proven track record.•Minimum of 5 years of experience teaching within the PYP framework, in Kindergarten.•Excellent knowledge of the kindergarten and lower primary curriculum content. Possess knowledge of current trends and research in early childhood education and the PYP.•Excellent leadership skills required.•A creative and enthusiastic approach both in and out of the classroom.•Strong interpersonal and communication skills, , including the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues (within the department and across phases) and families from diverse cultural backgrounds.•Outstanding coaching and mentoring skills for new teachers.Location: Dubai
