All our aircraft are fitted with full-flat-bed seats with no compromise to the high-end experience.Joining our team to contribute to the design, architecture and implementation of a world-class IT Infrastructure with an uncompromising security framework, we are looking for:Head of IT Infrastructure and Cyber SecurityYour RoleReporting to the Chief Information Officer, you will architect, design, deploy and manage the complete IT Infrastructure landscape of the Company. Innovation and resource optimization are some of the critical KRA?s (Key Result Areas). You will also be responsible for strategizing, planning & implementing a state-of-the-art Cyber Security practice and for Technology Risk Management, Data Security and compliance to cyber laws and guidelines.?You will:

  • Architect a responsive, secured and functional technology infrastructure to enable seamless performance and data exchange.
  • Manage both tactical and strategic development of data network and system infrastructure to improve security, deliver a reliable and diverse network service, provide appropriate and scalable compute and storage services and ensure the that the Company?s IT estate is responsive, efficient and recoverable should any exigencies take place. You will manage the teams providing the 2nd and 3rd line support for this infrastructure and manage the transition of new elements into service.
  • Architect, design, deploy and manage the Cyber Security infrastructure, policies and guidelines. Establish the Security Operation Center. Create organizational awareness and implement best practices.
  • Implement best practices and optimize resource allocation in the Cloud environment. Work closely with the Application team and leverage emerging technologies to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Be responsible for managing data communication and network across the organization and in airports in different geographies.
  • Establish a proactive end user management governance, processes and tools.
  • Directs development of enterprise-wide infrastructure architecture and processes which will ensure that the strategic application of change is embedded in the management of the organisation. Ensures compliance between business strategies, enterprise transformation activities and technology directions, setting policies, standards and practices.
