We are looking for an experienced Head of IT for one of our client to oversee IT (Information Technology) operations in the company. You will be in charge of a team of IT managers and manage the company?s technology operations and the implementation of new IT systems and policies.1. Excellent knowledgeable in IT and compute infrastructure.2. Solid technical background and proven people management skills to manage and motivate people.3. Experienced in creating and implementing IT policies and systems?to meet over all objectives.4. Oversee entire IT department, including infrastructure and applications5. Liaise between all parties to understand requirements and how best to meet them6. Procure buy in from senior management for needed projects7. Manage and oversee all stages of the development lifecycle for new projects8. Report progress and challenges to senior management9. Work to meet the overall corporate goals10. Optimize profitability and customer satisfaction through technology11. See that all reported issues are resolved quickly and efficiently12. Identifying and eliminating security vulnerabilities with strategic solutions that increase data security13. Directing and supporting the implementation of new software and hardware14. Identifying and recommending new technology solutions15. Managing the organization?s help desk (internal, external, or both)
