About the Job-The Head of Investments will be responsible for the end-to-end investment funnel across different residential real estate investment micro-markets in Dubai. He will assist with strategic planning, liaising with real estate developers? offices, and managing inventory inflow. The job holder will own the feasibility and valuation models and ensure regular updates of investments and financial models. Assisting the senior management to implement the Asset management strategies, managing dashboard reporting, year-end portfolio valuations, and providing key support in budgets and strategic decision making.??Key accountabilities-???????Taking complete ownership of managing existing assets under management and making acquisition strategies for new assets???????Understanding the management?s expectations with respect to the supply side of the business and crafting strategies to procure high-quality assets from the market???????Liaising with real estate developers to ensure regular inventory updates???????Maintaining relationships with real estate brokers/agents and partnering with the best select few to help us gain access to Grade-A inventory in the market???????Assisting management in updating risk sensitivity analysis. Understanding risks and returns to make effective and consistent investment and operational decisions????????Managing monthly dashboard reporting on development projects as well as on asset valuations???????Build and develop a unique qualified, talented, and dedicated team of people able to deliver the PropInvest vision of making Dubai real estate accessible to Investors Globally???????Device strategic communication plans to establish smooth B2B relationships with our external partners
