Job Description

  • Developing all HR documentations (Letter of Offer, Confirmation Letter, Code of Conduct, Staff Handbook)
  • Develop and monitor HRM system
  • Preparing, recording and monitoring the details of all employees for management purposes and payroll calculations.
  • Managing full cycle recruitment processes.
  • Manage all staff review processes, including KPI and Performance Management.
  • Managing staff Visa, EID, Health Insurance matters.
  • Any other matters relevant to Human Resources.
