Your Mission:? Planning and developing the assortment plan (seasonal, promotional and regular) in line with other sales channels. Maintain and manage the assortment on the grocery channels, as per the set guidelines.? Plan and implement seasonal/promotional plans to increase the conversion rate and drive sales / GP.? Develop and implement cross selling and upselling techniques and activity to increase conversion rate and basket size.? To maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitor companies, competitor activity and current market prices.? Liaising with partners to confirm product range and selection.? Ensuring all tasks are effectively carried out and completed on time and within budget.? Working with the team and other functions to build the concept and deliver creative briefs for a variety of catalogue pages.? Work with partners to generate Non-Commission Revenue (CPG, Sampling, etc.) for vendors? Develop and implement the online grocery strategy.?
