Job Description

Our ClientA high growth tech firm in the region have an exciting newly created opportunity for a Head of Finance Operations to join their finance team based in Dubai.Your Responsibilities

  • Managing entire finance operations function for the group, which include receivables, payables, billing, banking, audit management, monthly report finalization, audit finalization and all other accounting related activities
  • Oversee monthly financial closing and year end reporting, including group consolidations
  • Responsible for audits and all related reports
  • Ensuring tax compliance and reporting across the group and the regional subsidiaries across the GCC
  • Manage, guide and assist team to perform operations in accordance with set policies and procedures
Your Qualifications
  • Fully qualified accountant (CA/CPA/ACCA)
  • At least 8-10 years experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and group consolidations is essential
  • Experience with taxation requirements in the Middle East
  • Experience in the Big 4 and a high growth tech company is an advantage, but not essential
  • A fluent Arabic speaker is essential for this role
