HEAD OF FINANCEJob Overview: The Head of Finance plays a critical role in overseeing the financial operations of the organization, providing strategic financial guidance, and ensuring the overall financial health of the company. This position requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of financial management, and the ability to make informed decisions to support the organizations goals.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the companys financial strategy in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, providing insights into financial trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to senior management and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and assess financial risks, implementing strategies to mitigate potential issues.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring optimal liquidity for daily operations and strategic initiatives.
  • Manage and lead the finance team, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Establish and enforce internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making by the executive team.
  • Oversee tax planning, ensure compliance with tax regulations, and coordinate with external tax advisors.
  • Manage the coordination and preparation for internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including executives, board members, and investors, to communicate financial performance and strategies.
  • Evaluate financial aspects of potential mergers, acquisitions, or partnerships, providing recommendations.
