Responsibilities:Managing the financial reporting for the organisation. This includes monthly financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, 5 year financial plans and all statutory financial reportingForecasting financial results and creating forecasting modelsManaging and overseeing the cash flow of the company and ensuring it has the appropriate treasury controlsRecommending cost reduction strategies and evaluating and initiating investmentsOverseeing the budgets, allocate resources and manage cash flowsConduct profit and cost analysesEnsure all accounting activities and internal audits comply with financial regulationsOverseeing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tax, Treasury, Payroll, Financial and Management Accounting functionsRequirement:Proven experience as a Head of Finance or a similar positionIn-depth understanding of cash flow management and bank reconciliationHands-on experience with cash flows, treasury, FP&A and P&LUnderstanding of CAPEX, customs and duty, VAT/TAXSolid understanding of financial management and accountingAbility to collaborate with upper management to organize, plan and achieve company financial goalsAdvanced computer software skills, including Excel and financial reporting softwareWe request that candidates send their CV as a Microsoft Word document where possible.Quest Search and Selection is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
