Act as a site finance manager for daily operation of finance department.

Responsible for the monthly book-keeping and accounting documents filing. Submit them to group Finance Department for review after completion.
Work as the cashier of the company and all of its subsidiaries. In charge of the payment to artists monthly. Organize and promote the Cash Management in line with company?s policies.
Prepare the budget plans. Track the implementation of the budget on a regular basis and submit the report to Group for review.
Complete the costs and expenses accounting monthly.
Prepare the monthly management report on a consolidated basis.
In charge of the reconciliation of the accounts receivable and payable when necessary.
Prepare the financial analysis report monthly including the cost analysis, expense analysis, revenue analysis and etc. Prepare the consolidated financial statements as the group required.
Support and coordinate on statutory audit, tax audit and etc.
Complete the tax declaration, payment and the annual tax filing. Ensure the tax compliance.
Support the management with the improvement of the internal control process and financial system.
Other work that is assigned by the group Financial Department.
